Cleanliness. The staff was friendly. The shower would be good for people who can't lift their legs but would not be suitable if a bath is needed for young kids. Also, I liked having the option of sitting by the fire at night out side.

From check in to check out the entire stay was perfect. Anthony and Jasmine were truly wonderful. The Manager and morning clerk, I apologize I do not know their names were the kindest Women. We went to spend time together as Teresa is very ill. We could not have asked for a better place to be to spend our time together. Your lodge and the staff made this vacation one of the most memorable and unforgettable we will have.

I am using a wheelchair and had trouble entering the building. Renae, general manager, and Jen , assistant manager, literally came running to my aid. Courtney at the front desk was also above and beyond assisting me. I was given the royal treatment and so grateful they wheeled me to my room, took care of my luggage, and got me ice. These 3 ladies were amazing and deserve special recognition .
